“The stay was at a beautiful new home. Great host. Location close to Interstate 70. I had everything I needed. Took in the sights in DC via the Greenline Metro. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Very clean property. The house was nicely decorated. Beds were comfy. All the items provided were of good quality- good coffee, soft towels, bamboo toilet paper to name a few. There was even a bag of Otterbein’s chocolate chip cookies! A nice touch! The property is about 25 minutes away from Gettysburg, PA.”

“Only bathroom was on 2nd floor so lots of stair climbing which was not ideal for us. Water pressure in bathroom sink was almost non existent but shower was ok. Bed mattress was very high which made getting in the bed difficult for shorter people. Kitchen did not appear to have any heat in it but based on time of year this was a not a big problem. House did have a gas odor I assume from the fireplace which we never did use”

“I’d like to start out saying the home is very nice and location worked very well for us. There is plenty of room to spread out if you are a larger family. If it were a summer visit I’m sure we would have made use of the pool. There are three seating areas, but only one has a television. We did not have any need forMore than that. I think 2 of the bedrooms have televisions. There is a basketball net, so we Purchased a basketball and the kids enjoyed that. We were notified on arrival...

“Great place to stay for the night.”

“This place was great for what we needed! I was in a wedding about 10 minutes from this place, and there were a few people from out of town that stayed here as well. It had all the things we needed. Close to the wedding venue and the bride even stayed with us the night before so she could get sleep and be close to the venue for early hair and makeup. It was a nice spot, and if there was ever a question, they were very responsive to messages.”

“Clean and comfortable. Great stay, Host was very nice. Rural type of community and towns that is close (just over 50 miles form DC area) Upclose to all the horses.”

“Lovely house with a lot of charm and tons of space. The house is very old, so it has its quirks and signs of age, but it was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The host was very friendly and accommodating. Horseback riding on the property was also great bonus! ”

“It’s a very beautiful and well-kept house that’s extremely spacious and can accommodate many guests. The decor in all of the rooms were an amazing touch that made it feel so much cozier. We had a great time and made many memories in the whole house, but especially the kitchen. We spent a lot of late nights sitting and talking in there. It really did feel like a home away from home, we were so comfortable there. I would absolutely stay again in the future.”

“Clean house with a great location. We spent all of our free time on the wrap around porch. Gina was a wonderful host and returned messages very promptly. We would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“This is a perfect little getaway for 2-4 people. We stayed here for my nephews wedding. We had a couple of small glitches that were addressed quickly and fairly by the homeowner. If you go in the winter, the bedroom is extremely cold so make sure the portable heater is available before going to bed for the night. The owner will provide it for you.”
