“Was told I’d have a ground floor room but when I checked in it was on the second floor. When we got to the room there was a big piece of broken glass on the table house keeping was actually in the room across from us she was excellent we examined the window it wasn’t broken and didn’t look like it had just been replaced. The floor didn’t seem to have any glass on it. Have no idea where it came from”

“We had a girls night here. Everything was excellent. It was a beautiful facility. It has lots of charming character. You feel like you have simply left home and went to stay at your grandmother's house, which is a very good thing In my book I felt right at home. When we arrived there were snacks and fresh baked chocolate chip cookies water The owner was very accommodating and pleasant. Everything was great. Food and accommodations highly recommend. Definitely plan to go back”

“The stay was at a beautiful new home. Great host. Location close to Interstate 70. I had everything I needed. Took in the sights in DC via the Greenline Metro. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Thank you”

“The kitchen was very nice and had all the supplies needed to cook a gourmet meal. The beds were comfortable - the one was very high and challenging for shorter people. Space outside with multiple areas to relax, but the neighbors were outside smoking at night which made it unpleasant for a non-smoker to sit outside. The swim spa had a setup fee that I did not see mentioned in the ad. The area seemed a bit unkept - the cushions were not on the seats and it did not seem like it was swept. With...

“This house has a lot of interesting furniture and decorative pieces. The location was great quiet farm country. The kitchen needs more utensils. Knives large serving spoons spatulas There is a water issue that needs addressed Terrible stains in the toilets and sinks. One bed was unusable and the others were just acquit It should be noted the all bedrooms are upstairs The hosts were very friendly but need to address some of the issues.”

“We enjoyed our stay! The house is very welcoming and inviting. Lots of space to spread out. We enjoyed the porch and even bbq one night. It is so easy to travel and see sights. We were able to visit family in Frederick, Damascus, and right here in Mt. Airy. I would recommend staying here anytime you are in the area!”

“We stayed at the “Large Open Suite nestled among the Trees” for 6 nights/7 days, and it has been wonderful. Elizabeth’s communication was amazing from the start, the directions were easy to follow, and you can tell she has truly thought through every detail to make guests feel comfortable. The suite is clean, cozy, and welcoming. The wooded surroundings, creek, and small deck sitting area make it feel peaceful and relaxing — truly a hidden gem. I also loved the thoughtful touches like the “In...

“Our stay at this property was a wonderful experience. It was a perfect house for our extended family to stay with us for our daughter's wedding nearby. Everyone was in love with the property. there was more than enough space for our family dinner gathering as well as sleeping space for the 12 people that stayed the two nights of our family gathering. Mike was an amazing host. He was flexible, generous and accommodating. The house was super comfortable and everything we needed was right there....

“We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful and peaceful farm with lots of space to roam and beautiful scenery. Add in the beautiful horses and birds. It was a wonderful experience for all ages. The property is also located. Close to lots of restaurants and shopping , so it was just amazing.”

“It’s a very beautiful and well-kept house that’s extremely spacious and can accommodate many guests. The decor in all of the rooms were an amazing touch that made it feel so much cozier. We had a great time and made many memories in the whole house, but especially the kitchen. We spent a lot of late nights sitting and talking in there. It really did feel like a home away from home, we were so comfortable there. I would absolutely stay again in the future.”
